The order in which documents will
be added to the medical record is chronological order. Chronological order
is a way of arranging information, ideas or events in the way of their occurrence
with time sequence in which they occurred. For example an event that occurred
in 2002 would be listed after an event that occurred in 2001 but before an
event that occurred in 2003.
