m = (360 - 355)/(49 - 40) = 5/9


y = m(x - h) + k

V = 5/9(T - 40) + 355

V = 5/9T - 200/9 + 3195/9

V = 5/9T + 2995/9

V = 0.555T + 332.8


For T = 60

V = 555*60 + 332.8 = 366 m/s
