What do words such as "sweet," "divine," and "eloquent" imply?

In a way these words could mean an affection you have for someone like calling someone "Sweet" or "Divine" almost as if calling then a nice genuine person or a "fancy" person

The words mean the person loves the person that they are speaking/writing to.
